Terms of Services (T.o.s.)

Read my Terms of Services before you buy anything from me. If you commission or buy an adoptable, you have accepted my Terms of Service (T.o.S.).

I do the following:

- Feral and anthro

- Humans/ Humanoids
- Closed species oc´s
- Fandom characters

- Gore
- Anthro NSFW / fetishes

I won´t do the following:

- Traditional art

- Custom designs
- Other art styles (chibi, realism, …)
- Unofficial closed specie oc´s
- Racism, transphobia, homophobia, zoophilia, pedophilia etc.
- Feral NSFW / fetish art

To commission me or ask for a quote you need a unshaded reference sheet or fullbody view depending on the commission. You need to be at least 18 years of age. I won´t sell to minors. I will either accept or decline the commission. Look at "Payment & Refund Policy" for payment.

After the payment I´m able to start your commission. I will send you wip: clean sketch, lineart, flatcolor. If there are any mistakes or I forgot anything just tell me so I can correct it soon. When the artwork is finished there will be a link provided to download them. Additionally I can send it via e-mail or discord.

I have the rights to post the artworks, use them for my portfolio, use them for advertisement etc. If you don't want to be named or tagged, please tell me. Don´t claim it as your work and credit me as the artist if you upload/ post my drawings. If you want to use my artworks for commercial usage (e.g. prints, keychains, etc.), you always have to ask for my permission.

Payment only via Paypal. You have to pay within two weeks after I've send you an invoice via Paypal. After payment I will start working on your commission.

You can cancel your commission and get full or partially your money back depending on how far the artwork is drawn. You get the unfinished drawing. You can´t cancel if the commission is (nearly) finished.

I can always cancel/ decline the commission at any time. You get a full refund. Following reasons may be:

- I´m unable to finish the commission

- I´m unable to draw the character

- I´m not comfortable drawing them

- I don´t receive payment within two weeks

- You´re a racist, transphobe, homophobe, zoophile, pedophile (Blacklist)

- You´re rude or toxic (Blacklist)

PM me, comment under the post or contact me via e-mail on "Contact Me" to claim the adopt/ adopts. I will send you an invoice via Paypal. You have 24 hours to pay. Otherwise I put the adopt as open again. After payment I can send the adopt through e-mail, discord or Toyhou.se. You can´t request a refund for adoptables.

I won´t make any edits on the adopt´s design, but I can add a name, info and pride flags for free. For any additional view, headshot etc. you have to pay extra.

You get the rights and ownership of the character after payment, but you are not allowed to claim it as your work and you have to credit me as the artist.
